Italian Food Products (IFP) originated in the family restaurant's "Tuesday Night Test Kitchen." It was a fun way to pass the time and think outside the box for new specials or just fun food for staff meal. After months of this weekly tradition, we made our first porchetta out of pork shoulder. With just the amazing fragrance of fennel pollen and pork fat we knew we had something special on our hands. Six months and hundreds of hours planning later, Italian Food Products was born.
To this day, our promise is to make real food at the the highest level we know. Our ingredients have been sourced to the best of our abilities.
